This is also known as corpse pose. It is one of the most basic poses of Yoga in which you have to relax your body completely by lying down on the ground. All the body parts must be in a completely relaxed mode so that you can gain relaxation of muscles and joints.
This Yoga aims at controlling your breath. In this pose, you have to inhale through one nostril and exhale through the other one. Before doing that, you have to sit in a relaxed pose with both legs crossing each other. There are other variations of this exercise but the most basic one for the beginners has been explained here.
It is also called the cobra pose. In this pose, you have to first lie down on the ground on your stomach. After that, start inhaling the breath and also stretch your upper body part by lifting it above the ground. You should be now facing upwards and your upper body part must be on air with your hands on the ground as support. Hold this pose for 15-20 seconds and then get back to relaxing pose. This pose helps in improving blood circulation.
It is also sometimes known as the cow pose. It is a little bit similar to Bhujangasana except the fact you have to lift your thighs also to get into a position like a cow or a dog. You also have to use your knees along with hand for support from the ground.

It is also a very easy and basic Yoga pose which is easy for beginners. In this pose, you have to stand straight and tall and then lift both your hands up while taking a deep breath. Place your hands upwards and straight with both of your palms touching each other. Maintain this pose for 15-20 seconds and then exhale the breath and move the hands slowly downwards.

But you should keep in mind that you don’t jump to advanced poses too soon because some of the Yoga poses are very difficult and attempting them in initial days might even discourage you from moving forward with Yoga.
